  • Two 50-minute sessions per month in order to develop strategies and action plans. In addition to the above, the sessions may include
    • Relevant assessments and feedback
    • Co-creation of a personalized leadership development plan
    • Exercises, homework, and insights tailored to the client
  • Email support: convenient, brief check-ins between sessions
  • At least one brief check-in call during the month (~5-10 min), to share progress, address hurdles, and get immediate feedback between sessions
  • A 3 month commitment
